Average GPA? For law school?

Hello, I had a quick question. I am a transfer student from Pasadena City College to UCLA. For my cumulative GPA, do I average those GPA's together? So I have a 3.4 almost a 3.5 in UCLA, and a 3.7 at Pasadena City College. Will i need to average those together for law school apps??

Technically, you don’t do anything. When applying to law school, you must submit transcripts for all college courses, including any CC’s, to LSAC (the company that generates the LSAT). It then uses its own methodolgy for determining your actual GPA that it submits to law schools. To see how LSAC actually does the calculation, you can start here: [LSAC - Policies: Policies Related to Transcript Summarization](http://www.lsac.org/policies/transcript-summarization.asp)
