<p>I have acceptances for Engineering Science at the University of Toronto and Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Waterloo. I want to get into some of the most renowned universities in the United States (such as Caltech, Harvard, MIT, Stanford, etc.) for grad school. I've heard that they require a GPA of at least 3.7. So what is the average GPA that students are getting in these programs? Please help as this may affect my decision on which one I should choose.</p>
