alright... my last try.... CAn anyone PLEASE help?

OKay it's like this..
ur GPA isn't very promising but i guess here is how it goes:
University of Michigan : a bit of a reach
University of Illinois (Urbana-Champagin) : slight reach
Emory: reach

Look into George Washington or U of Texas. These schools are competitive yet with more effort I think you have a chance.
Also, look into schools in CANADA. U of Toronto and UBC or Ottawa/Carleton. There are lots of international students there like yourself.

I don't believe that there are special advantages for international students in terms of state schools...it's really hard to tell. If you have stellar Stats and EC's it would be much easier though.

I'm a korean like urself. try harder once more on the SAT's I and II and load up some 5's on APs and you need to strengthen your EC's. Find something original. It's about quality not quantity.
