No offense but I never thought that the average SSAT percentile of newly admitted students at Woodside Priory was that high! It’s even higher than Lawrenceville’s and Hotchkiss’s. Gotta go check that school out!

I am surprised as well. I guess it is an error. It may be 58% instead of 85%. The average SSAT score of Woodside Priory used to be about 60%. I think the Bosarding School Review data about Woodside Priory SSAT is an error.

Hey, i read your comment. I am applying to hill school and overall i got 71%(ssat). Do you think I can go to the hill school with my score?

Woodside Priory is a tiny school. 350 students in grades 6-12. There are only 50 boarders (total). Senior class is approximately 50 students. It is basically a day school with a few boarders. Facilities are not anywhere near what you would find at the more established boarding schools. If you want a boarding school on the West Coast, Cate or Thatcher would be better choices.

My scores are way higher than any of these schools xD

no big deal. about half the students at each of those schools have scores higher than what’s posted here. a significant percentage have scores way higher. you’ll melt right in.

@scales1994: want a medal?

^agree <ten characters=“”></ten>

I’m just surprised, ******bags :)

wow, that’s surprising, i thought peddie and ridley would be higher…
and groton’s so high?!?! i thought it was usually mid-80s. :$

What is Choate Rosemary Hall’s? Am I overlooking it on the list?

choate isn’t on the list. i guess they don’t release their scores to BSR

Choate’s average SSAT score is 85%. (As reported by boarding school review)

Also note that the scores listed were posted in December of 2009. They probably wouldn’t change much year to year, but those statistics are not the current ones.
