<p>UW said they would be releasing the statistics of students applying for 2012-2013 admissions when the year started. Does anyone know when that might be? I know classes started today, i'm just wondering if it will be in about a week or so? Thanks.</p>

<p>Eskimokels: My high school was in Seattle and UW admissions people still came to visit … twice a year! You should see if your college counselors/advisors can get at least an admissions rep to visit your school It doesn’t hurt to ask!</p>
<p>Here’s what they said: just under 60% of in-state were admitted for 2012, compared to 54% for out-of-state and international students. the stats were pretty comparable to 2011.</p>
<p>My HS is the closest one to UW and they came there too. lol</p>
<p>Hm… Looks like i’m just unlucky! Oh well, I’ve already been to their presentations at the university :).
And 60%?! Wow, that seems high (not like i’m complaining though!)</p>
