<p>JHU, Duke, and UPenn are reaches. BU is a match. The other ones are matches-safeties. This is taking into consideration the 33 you got on the ACT the second time you took it. You have a lot of stuff going for you, though, and it would honestly be hard to say whether or not you will get into those reach school because they are so unpredictable. Anybody with a GPA above 3.7-3.8 and an ACT of 33+ starts actually getting considered, so if you have awesome essays, you may very well get into one of those. </p>
