<p>You have no chance in Berkeley, ULCA, or NYU. Forget Northwestern and Rice.</p>

<p>I really dont think that you'll make it into Rice. You should really try to make an effort to raise your SATs. Being asian, they'll probably compare you to other asians, and frankly, your SAT scores (again, SATs) and rank are really far too low. All of the people that I know whom made it into Rice have at least one extracurricular that they've focused on, be it music or research. If you can, try to get into a research lab somewhere in Cali, since Rice is a major research university so that way, you can stress that youll continue doing research if you make it into Rice.</p>

<p>Rice also has a pretty big asian population and its a top 20 university.</p>
