Awaiting ACT/SAT Scores? Help!

Hello!

I recently completed and submitted 2 applications to Swarthmore and WashU (3 days ago) and on both of these pathways, it marked my ACT scores as “awaiting,” but I sent my scores about 3 months ago in October…

For Swarthmore - when I try contacting the admissions officer for my region, it states that they won’t be back until after the deadline of January 1st - what should I do?

Do colleges not process ACT scores until after winter break? Or should I resend my ACT scores? Did I make a mistake by sending them too early? Did they lose my test scores???

Thanks so much - I’m really stressing out because I’m terrified that my application will be overlooked because of this!

Additional unrelated question - I self reported my SAT Subject Scores on my common app, is it too late now to order the scores to my colleges? (It was optional so I didn’t think I had to - but now I’m regretting my decision…)

It’s the New Years weekend. No one is there updating portals. "My scores were late by two days MAYBE and the college disregarded my application " said nobody ever.
