<p>For 17 days! You're killing me. You really are. If fate wants to laugh at me more it'll change status on Christmas. </p>

<p>I submitted my application exactly on Nov 30. SAT scores were sent on Dec 5 but they still haven’t received it yet. Which is driving me totally nuts. </p>
<p>Thus, status is likewise: awaiting an initial review…</p>
<p>It took exactly 7 days for them to receive my SAT scores. Does it really take that long to look up scores electronically? A few clicks and done.</p>
<p>I applied on November 23rd. By December 15 it says, “We have received all materials required to review your application. Your application will remain in this status until decisions are finalized. We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made.” I took the SAT in October so that was no problem. I’m hoping that I will get a decision in the next few days. It would be funny if I find out on my birthday (12/24), Christmas, or the New Year. Good Luck to you all!</p>
<p>that awaiting for initial review message’s killing me too…i literally check three times a day even though I know doing so is useless. turned mine in on exactly dec 1st. my USC app is already been reviewing…whats taking udub people so long, sighs.</p>

I submitted my SAT scores November 30, right before I submitted my application (about an hour later.)
They got my SAT scores December 7th and my college transcripts (because I took dual enrollment courses on campus at a local community college) December 8th.</p>
<p>This is exactly what mine says:
“You have applied as a Freshman student to the University of Washington Seattle for autumn quarter 2010. The current status of your application is as follows: Your application is awaiting an initial review.”</p>
<p>D: The UW is driving me crazy! I check my status obsessive compulsively multiple times a day. I just want to know whether or not I’m going to my dream school or to New Jersey!</p>
<p>I am hoping this is good news. Here’s my time line</p>

<p>Everyone who has been waiting for the status to change…today is the day…especially to those who have been waiting in the “we have received” stage since 12/15; check your status… I finally got to “reviewed” with uploaded transcripts!!! I am so relieved and grateful. All this waiting and checking has made me crazy,nuts!!! I wish you all the best, because I think if you want something so greatly, then you deserve it!!! I’m soooooo happy!!!</p>
