D auditioned Jan. 15 on campus. No word at all yet.

Hello all, I only recently signed up for CC but I’ve been following these threads for a long time! Thanks for all of the valuable information and advice.

My D is in the same boat as Travels2’s. Has anyone else from the January auditions had no change in Wolverine Access and no letter regarding deferral?

Yes, my D auditioned on Jan 15th and still no word or change in wolverine status. Still waiting with fingers crossed!!

My D’s friend is going to the UM MT audition tomorrow in NYC. I think it is the last one for the season! You should not have to wait too much longer. I can feel the nervousness and excitement in your posts. We will be going through this next year! God help me!!! Good luck to all of you. Remember you will go where you are supposed to go- it always works out for the best in the end

there is actually one more audition after the one in NYC tomorrow. The final audition is on March 12 on campus… so hopefully us deferred people will hear soon!

Thanks for the update on auditions mtlover92, Best of luck to you : )

Thanks for your response, La Diva. It helps knowing that we are not completely alone in this! And thank you, abco, for your good wishes!

Will continue to wait with all fingers crossed.

how did people receive deferrals? was it via email or always a letter? and if it was a letter, did your status on wolverine change before you got it?

Mine came as a letter saying they have decided to “postpone my decision” and that it was good news. My wolverine status didn’t change at all.

hey i got a deferral letter too…it was from the school of music, theater, and dance, and not the department. that’s what the deferral letter is right? they “need more time to review my application”

Yes, CCer2014 that is the deferral letter. Gosh I hope we all hear soon!

thanks mtlover…i’m quite excited…i decided not to check my wolverine access…and completely forgot about umich until the letter came as a pleasant surprise this morning…now it’s hard not to stop thinking about it!

My D also received her deferral letter yesterday!

CCer2014- When did you audition?

One last audition date this Friday on campus. It shouldn’t be too much longer before everyone knows. My s is a Freshman MT and he and his classmates can’t wait to see who has been accepted so that they can start welcoming them through facebook…etc.
Good luck to everyone :)

theatrenerd10, I auditioned in Chicago on Feb 2.
I received my deferral letter in the mail on Monday…I’m from CA if that helps.

Still no letter here, and no change in Wolverine Access. My D auditioned on campus on Jan. 15

I auditioned March 6th, so I haven’t been waiting to long, but I am still just as obsessive!

Me too! I mean it’s only been four days, but I’m going crazy!

Does anyone know when those deffered should hear by?
