<p>How long does it take for a transfer student to hear back from a CSU? I live in California but I'm not a local of Chico. I actually live near San Francisco. </p>
<p>I applied back in October and it's now mid-Feb and my application status still says, "pending review". </p>
<p>Does anyone know when I should be hearing back? Some people already got their acceptance letter. It's making me nervous!</p>
