Awards and Activities

I am a Californian senior in high school currently applying online to the University of California system and I have a some questions concerning the activities and awards section.

UC schools I am applying to are Davis, Santa Cruz, San Diego, Los Angeles, Irvine; Davis is my goal.

Background information if needed...
Academic GPA (weighted) about 4.2; (unweighted) about 3.95
1 UC approved honors class (not including other honors classes)
4 AP classes (3 in progress, 1 completed with test score of 5)
Class rank is 17/316
SAT I: Critical Reading - 610, Math - 580, Writing - 620
SAT II: Ecological Biology - 740, Literature - 610

Firstly, this is what I have so far in the awards and activities section...

Awards/Honors:

-Golden State Seal Merit Diplom
type Academic
date received Jun. 2010
Awarded for scoring Proficient or Advanced in six or more STAR California Standardized Tests.

Extracurricular Activities:

-Camper Leadership Development
grades 10th, 12th
117 hr/wk
1 wk/yr
A program at Camp Hollywoodland in which older campers work with younger campers and aid counselors.

-LEAP
132 hr/wk
1 wk/yr
Leadership Excellence Accelerating Potential program in which students are taught how to achieve academic, professional, and personal success.

-Teen Democrats Club
grades 11th 12th
0.5 hr/wk
36 wk/yr
A school club in which members discuss and debate politics and current events.

Secondly, I also earned "principal's honor roll status" each semester so far, totaling six semesters - I suppose that this goes under the "Awards/Honors" section. However, there is not enough space to fill this in for each separate semester, or six times. The section requires a specific date for when the award was received, so I cannot simply write that I received the award every semester. Should I just fill in as much as I can? Is there any way I can just fill it in once for all the times I received it?

I also received a reflections contest "honorable mention" and submitted an entry again this year - is this worth mentioning on the application? Should the "honor roll status" have priority?

Also, does anyone know if there is a way of finding out how many times you became a member of the California Scholarship Federation? I never received a letter or email after applying and I cannot remember how many times I applied (you have to apply every semester if you qualify). If I neglect to place this information on my application, do you believe it will seriously effect my chances?

Would all of this be sufficient in the awards and activities section?

I apologize for all the questions... All answers are appreciated. Thank you.

Also, can online activities count as extracurricular activities? For example, joining a photography website where you actively post photos to be critiqued and while you critique others’; or joining a reptile forum that you read daily and guide newbies in the hobby of reptile keeping?
