<p>If you won music competitions or something where would you indicate it? There's barely any space to talk about achievements in the "Position Held, Honors Won, Letters Earned, or Employer" section..</p>
<p>If you do music for most schools you could greatly benefit from doing an arts supplement. A good number of schools’ art supplements include a music resume which is where you’d put music honors/awards.</p>
<p>If you won competitions or received other honors put it in the honor section not EC.</p>
<p>Go to the academic section and at the bottom and there will be a honors section where you can put it in. </p>

<p>Would being a semifinalist or a finalist in a competition count as an honor? Or do I actually have to be first, since they aren’t national like national merit or scholastic?</p>
<p>^How big was the tournament? Like I got to semifinals of national qualifying tournament and I’m mentioning it.</p>
<p>Are you mentioning that as national or regional award? Regional, right? They’re relatively big in terms of the amount of people who come compete, but they aren’t big as in big-named or well known.</p>
