<p>ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- Kevin Mukri (Sr., Silver Spring, Md.) and Kevin Teague (Sr., Lexington, Ky.) have both received multiple honors this week following their performances during the Navy men's swimming and diving team's recent victory over Princeton. The Midshipmen improved to 11-0 on the year with a 165-135 triumph over the Tigers Dec. 10 in Lejeune Hall, Navy's first win over Princeton in 42 seasons.</p>
<p>Mukri was selected as the Patriot League Swimmer of the Week, the ECAC Swimmer of the Week and the National Collegiate Division I Swimmer of the Week by <a href="http://www.collegeswimming.com%5B/url%5D">www.collegeswimming.com</a>, while Teague garnered diver-of-the-week accolades from both the Patriot League and the ECAC.</p>
<p>After opening the meet by recording the fastest backstroke leg (26.31) of Navy's victorious 200-meter medley relay team by seven-tenths of a second, Mukri went on to win both backstroke events against the Tigers. He posted a time of 56.42 to win the 100-meter backstroke by 1.6 seconds, then recorded a clocking of 2:02.13 to win the 200-meter back event by three seconds. The two wins improved his combined record in the backstroke events to 16-1 on the season.</p>
<p>Teague, meanwhile, posted scores of 321.15 on the one meter and 352.88 on the three meter to win the two boards by a combined 32 points. The victories raised his combined record on the year to 16-2, his career dual meet record against EISL opponents to 50-4 and his overall career dual meet record to 107-7. </p>
<p>Navy will resume its season after exams and the holiday season when the Mids compete at Harvard on Jan. 6.</p>
