<p>I see so many people with a laundry list of awards that they've won and I inevitably get the question when asking about admissions "What awards have you won?"</p>
<p>I haven't won any awards but as far as I know there really aren't any at my school. Are there any blatant ones that I am missing/should look for extracurricularly? </p>
<p>BTW, if this helps in any way I do biomedical research over the summer and I'm a junior in socal.</p>

<p>Does your school have an honor roll? NHS? Those are both awards. If you take AP exams you're automatically eligible for the AP Scholar awards, and your PSAT scores may have qualified you for National Merit, though if you're a junior you won't know until September.</p>
<p>yeah theres honors roll, but that's pretty rudimentary. No, no NHS. :( </p>
<p>Also, won't get the AP scholars and did badly on PSAT (although i did well on the SAT :))</p>
