<p>hey, which awards did you guys list in the app? i'm trying to get an idea of what to strive for.. currently my list is BLANK.</p>

<p>any other awards that you wrote? im a jr and im trying to fill up the list with solid awards but i cant seem to find/think of any that i could try for… (also, i THINK i qualified for AIME (itmeans 100+ or top5% on AMC12)… if i DID qualify, what would i write down on my app?)</p>

<p>dont just fill the “awards” - or any other category for that matter - with just anything. choose entries that are SIGNIFICANT and will add something else to your application. and lying is never good. a list of 3 well respected awards is a lot better than a laundry list of everythign that could have ever happened to you within the last 12 years of being in school.</p>
