I hope for the best for you. ANd seems like everyone else here has already advised you of what to do and what the potential options are should you be left with no admissions. And, I highly advise you to do whatever you can to salvage the grade now- You definitely want to get the C if it’s possible. It might not be, but do not settle for the F. Shoot for the C and in case you do get a lower grade, hopefully, it won’t be a F. Does that make sense? Update us on how speaking to your counselor goes.
Update:
-Accepted to seven out of my eight colleges, three out of state, five with scholarships
-Waiting on UNC (I’m not getting in, lol, but I never expected to and I truly don’t care at this point)
-Currently focused on pulling up all of my grades right now
I think I’m doing quite fine, actually. I’ll probably post an ultimate update by the end of the year, but clearly I didn’t kill ALL of my chances. 
haha great to hear. Ya i didn’t like the tone of the initial poster either. I have the same stats as you and still got into some good colleges so your acceptances are no surprise to me. As long as you continue to keep those grades up like you’re saying to at least B’s, you should be fine.
