//My friends never leave me alone about this lol…//

I’d totally be that friend.

//My friends never leave me alone about this lol…//

I’d totally be that friend.

Haha - thanks for caring through :). I’d probably be concerned the same way if that happened to someone else I knew lol.

^It does get annoying though lol. You should hear all their convoluted theories about this teacher.

When you open a door for a girl, but she doesn’t notice and she stops to talk to someone, so you stand there for a whole minute with the door open just waiting.

^I hate being in that situation. That’s why if I see someone coming and I think we are both going to get to the door at the same time, I start slowing down lol

Lol. It’s also awkward when there are two doors (the kinds that are like 2 in one, with the bar in between the two) and you open one door, and they don’t see you and go through the other one

when you fall asleep and start snoring, now thats awkward (happened to me last year during a state test because I finished an hour early)

^Lol, I’ve never done that but I can imagine. O, what’s also awkward is when you open the door and hit someone in the face. I’ve done that to someone before…I felt bad haha

I’ve always wondered, if you went to a microscopically small school, wouldn’t it just be awkward to be in the bottom half of the class if there were say, 5 students?and awkwards when people ask you, what’s your class rank? “oh, I’m last in my class…of 5 people”

Awkward Save much

//I’d probably be concerned the same way if that happened to someone else I knew lol.//

Oh pshh, concern lawl =P

I hate it when, you know how people hold doors open long enough to pass it to the next person, I hate that buffer zone where the next guy is kinda far away, cause if you’re the door holder, you don’t know if it’s a far enough distance that you can safely just let it close without seeming rude, but if you’re the next guy, you don’t want to keep the poor sap waiting so you have to hurry up–it’s inconvenient.

You know, I could just be an arse and slow down if that happens.

I know what you mean. That’s why I just swing the door open as far as it goes so the next person can still enter. I have to try not to hit anyone in the head in doing this though.

isnt it kinda awkward when people say “thats what she said” TOTALLY out of context? it’s like, “no --;;”

i LOVE doing that!

Last year, an adult talked to a group of low-income students–including me-- about the potential and benefits of going to college. I was the only Asian, and I felt incredibly awkward when she emphasized how she struggled in a college environment filled with mainly Asians (who were implied to have an easier time than she did). It got even more awkward when the focus of the group discussion was mainly on Latinos/ Chicanos.

Everyone had an incredibly sad story except me…I’ve never thought that my life was tragic enough to talk about. xD

awkward: giving someone a ride home and having nothing to say.

Every time you walk in the hallways and pass by one of your (ex?)best friends, who asked you out a few days ago, but you didn’t give that person a precise answer :(

Awkward: Having to do numerous school projects with an ex with whom things ended baddly… =[

when someone you don’t know says hi to you

When you think someone is waving at you, so you wave back, but they waved at someone BEHIND you.

^ Oh my gawd…

I do this a lot, lolz. Someone tells a joke and then I think back to it at a later time and randomly start laughing… (well I keep try to keep my mouth shut, then looking weird lol)
