Awkward score. Retake? Blah.

800 CR
760 M
690 W

Out of 1600, I think I have a stellar score. Should I retake this? Ugh. So awkward. Do schools really care about writing that much?

That’s a really good score. I would not bother retaking it.

I think you should retake writing, it isn’t hard to improve upon compared to CR which you nailed. Study basic idioms and the kinds of errors which are found frequently with improving sentences, etc, and you should be set! btw, I love your films.

But you don’t understand! This writing score is holding me back. I coulda had class! I coulda been a contender! Instead of a 2300> bum, which I am.

Colleges don’t look at writing. I wouldn’t retake.

I’d say retake if it was your first time because the way schools tend to break down is whether it’s over round thresholds such as 700. If it was your second or third, don’t bother.

colleges do look at writing. Go to any Ivy admission officer they all count writing except for Cornell

I would suggest retaking
