Aww screw me, High school senior grades count?

I read about Stanford admissions on transfers and found out that they take high school grades as a factor too despite the fact that you're already in a college. Had I known this before I would've put put more effort into my final semester, though my grades will still be good nevertheless (3.5 - 3.7 GPA unweighted).

I'm wondering, how important are high school grades for senior transfer for UCB and Stanford? The latter states that if I apply during freshman year, my high school grades will have a larger influence over my college grades, and vice versa if I apply during sophomore year.

I don't know about Stanford, but for UCB, and the rest of the other UC's high school grades don't matter.

most schools other than the UCs count your high school grades when applying for a sophomore transfer

Your hs grades are fine. They aren't going to have a significant negative effect.
