Axess access?

I just received an e-mail confirming that Stanford received my single-choice EA app, and now I want to check my status on the through the link they provided: https://axess.stanford.edu
I just created a SUNet ID, but now the site won't let me log on saying I typed in the wrong ID/password. Is there a certain waiting period after creation of account before I can log in?
Anyone have a similar problem/know what I should do?

they really provided that link? i never got one in the email... hmm... if you are just assuming from last year, then i am assuming that this year the site isn't ready yet.

I just read that I have to be sponsored first.. and supposedly I will be sponsored within 24 hrs, and then my ID will be official.

Uh...you're not supposed to create a SUNet ID until you're actually a Stanford student. The only reason we have Axess is so we can check up on our app. If you go all the way to the right of the page, scan down to the middle and it says "Check Application Status." That's all we're supposed to do right now. :)

So exciting! :D

thanks pyleela! lol I totally missed the "check application status" link the first time.

I received the Stanford notification email today stating that they have everything to start reviewing my application, however I don't have this "SUNet ID." Is it worth it to get it?

See above...:
"...you're not supposed to create a SUNet ID until you're actually a Stanford student. "

You are supposed to click on the 'Check Application Status' link on the left hand side of the website https://axess.stanford.edu .
