<p>I am wondering how many students are recepeints of the Axline Scholarship (<a href="http://www.finaid.caltech.edu/resources/grants.html)%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://www.finaid.caltech.edu/resources/grants.html)&lt;/a>. Is merit all that is considered?</p>
