Which should I go to? HELP!!
I would be premed at Azusa and biochem or biomedical engineering

What kind of environment do you want? Is financial aid an issue?

obviously Asuza is a Christian college and is a great one. UCR has a great sciences program, especially as they will be soon opening a med school.

What is your heart telling you?

Well financial aid is pretty good!
I like both I haven’t visited apu just ucr but by the stuff online apu it doesn’t really have a college campus feel and that’s something I like about ucr. I don’t know which to choose I feel like I would fit in at ucr or something. What would look better for grad school? A private school that’s more selective or an ok uc?

It’s a tough decision!

I would highly recommend that you visit both schools. You really don’t get a feel by looking online, you need to visit the campus when school is in session.

Frankly, I think what matters for grad school is what you did as an undergrad and not where you went.

UCR may be an ‘OK’ UC, as you put it, but it is a rising school with the upcoming med school.

Yea your right. I hope to visit this Monday. I’m highly considering ucr because of there financial offer. I feel if I went to ucr I would regret going to Azusa. I think I have made my decision. We’re would you go?

what did your visit tell you? made a decision yet? whichever way you go, you will probably be very happy.

Yea I decided to go to UCR! I’m excited. I think I made the right choice.

Where do you go?

lol came across this. I actually went to APU, glad you chose UCR. I transferred out my junior year.

i semi-applied to that azusa university but i forgot what happened, so i ended up not continuing my app, & i’m currently attending ucr (:

Glad to see you chose UC Riverside. Enjoy your time there and if you end up regretting your decision, there’s always the option to transfer out.
