B.Arch Portfolios?

I’m a junior at James Madison HS in VA, and have decided to major as a B.Arch. I think I have decently competitive grades and SAT (I’ll list 'em bellow) and a good bit of ECs (some discontinued since I moved HSs sophomore-junior summer).

I want to apply to Cornell, Syracuse, VTech, and the like but am having trouble figuring out what to put in the portfolio  I’ve seen a lot of “be creative” but then again I don’t want to submit something similar to a strict art portfolio. Help please? Also any class suggestions for senior year would be awesome :DD
