I am a sophmore at a public high school and I got an 88 in Honors English II.
The rest of my grades are A/A-
My EC’s include state science olympiad and state biology competition
I want to be a bio/stat major and my bio/chem classes are 95/100
No single B grade is going to hurt your chances at UChicago. Not every admit has a 4.0 GPA. There is a lot more that goes into the mix, such as test scores, ECs, and some quirky essays. You have quite a bit of time left in high school. Use it well.
