Is this loan a better route than taking Stafford loans?

@musman15 They don’t offer the B-On-Time Loans anymore, I looked into it because a friend of mine got one for their son and found out they are not doing it anymore. It was a really good type of loan, if you finished in 4 years with a certain GPA then the loan is forgiven.
