B.S in Business Admin with 4 yrs Systems Admin exp... What Graduate Program to take?

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I have a B.S. of Business Admin with 4 years of Systems Administrator experience with a bank. My short term goal is to attain a Systems Manager role with a long term goal of VP of IT or CIO position.</p>

<p>I haven't given much thought to getting an IT certification vs Graduate degree if anyone has any thoughts on this as well.</p>

<p>I wanted to ask what would be the best Graduate program to pursue given my situation. I appreciate any help!</p>

<p>Wow we have similar stats and same interests. This fall, I’ll be starting a MS degree in management information systems. </p>

<p>I believe in order to be a competitive candidate for positions such as an CIO or VP of IT, not only do you have to understand technology but business as well. I feel an MS degree in MIS is ideal.</p>
