B.S. in MIS - Seeking some information

I'm 23 and looking to go back to school and get my Bachelor's and I've always been interested in computers, so this major caught my eye a bit. I've never dabbled in programming too much and I'm not the greatest in math, which is why I thought this major might be better than Computer Science. Can anyone fill me in a little bit more on MIS? I have an AAS degree, so I'd be entering the major in Junior status and this is what the coursework looks like at the school I'm thinking about:

My AAS was in Marketing and I've discovered that it's pretty useless, so I don't think I want to go back and get my B.A. in Marketing, but I was also looking at Business Administration or Human Resources Management. Like I said though, I enjoy computers, just am concerned that my lack of math skills and lack of programming knowledge will make an MIS degree really difficult to get through.

Anyone got anything for me?

I also switched from Computer Engineering to MIS/CIS. I was interested in computers but I did not want to program on computers all day so I thought Comp Engineering was great since I loved math but it turned out Physics and all the other Eng. classes was not for me. To make a long story short, MIS/CIS is a great major for anyone who loves technology/computers and also enjoys working with people. I am currently in the process of transferring too, and I would recommend that you look at some of the top MIS/CIS schools for an idea of the coursework:

Hope this helps. All the best!
