Debating whether to do law school right after undergrad or work for a few years then do b-school. I'm a sophomore, so I want to start putting the pieces of the puzzle together now rather than later. My major is finance, but I'm not sure where I want to take it career-wise. First thought was IB, private equity, or running a fund. Second thought is corporate finance in M&A or VC, etc., but not litigation. Could someone please clarify what a job in corporate finance entitles and how you feel the job market ~2011 will benefit/detract from the two options above? I will be job shadowing people in the fields that interest me in the near future, but I'd like to get a jump start on this.

Thanks a lot!
