B schools that give more weight-age to work exp

<p>I am planning to go for a 1 year MBA, I would like to know of good B schools that give more weight-age to candidates with work exp as a selection parameter.</p>

<p>I have 7 years of Full time Work Experience and some how not confident of a great gmat score - so which schools should i try.</p>
