BA Degree - Foreign Language?

I have an appointment with my adviser next week, but this will be driving me nuts over the weekend. I was hoping someone may have an answer/info for me.

I’ve taken the 1st and 2nd year of French in High School. As a transfer student to UC Davis, I’ve also taken the French101A requirement for IGETC (to raise my transfer GPA). Or, do I need a 3rd year of a language?

Is my Foreign Language requirement satisfied?

On the graduation requirements page, it says:
“5. Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC). IGETC is a series of courses prospective transfer students attending California community colleges may complete to satisfy the lower division breadth/general education requirements at the University of California. Students may satisfy the Foreign Language requirement by attaining certification of IGETC completion.”
