Ba/ma

I'm planning on doing a 4-year BA/MA program at my undergrad U. I'm wondering how this will end up affecting my LSAC? I think that my senior year will basically consist of graduate-level classes in my major (political science). Will those classes still factor in? Any help is appreciated!

So you'd be getting both degrees at the same time? That's sort of an interesting issue, because generally graduate degree courses wouldn't count toward your LSDAS GPA. But if you're taking the courses before you receive your bachelor's degree, I suppose they might. It might depend how the program is structured.

The LSAC GPA counts all classes taken before your first bachelor's degree. Since you get the BA and MA at the same time, the graduate-level classes will still count. Graduate curves tend to be much higher than undergrad curves (around A-), so this should be in your favor.

great help...thanks so much!
