BA/MD-What Are My Chances?

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new at this, but I am just looking for an honest opinion of what my chances are of getting into a BA/MD program and which programs I should apply for.

Idk if background has any impact, but English is my second language, I was born in Poland. I have taken a Polish Regents test in fluency for which I have recieved 3 HS credits and I have taken French up to the AP level.

I have been taking the highest level of all classes offered to me, meaning all Honors classes during 9th and 10th grade and all APs during 11th and 12th. (My school does not offer AP classes to 9th&10th graders). In my entire high school career, I have only gotten 3 Bs and the lowest B was an 85.

My school is nationally recognized.

My rank in HS has been going up a lot through the years, currently I am 7/390 kids.
My weighted GPA is 4.86.

I have lots of afterschool activities:
swim team-9th
youth group-8th-current (mission trip in Camden, NJ helping the poor)
FBLA-9-current (manager of concession stand 9-11) (VP 12) (7th place at States for the online career portfolio)
Science Olympiad-10-current (2nd place at MVCs in Anatomy&phys)
Volunteer at Hospital over 100hours-summer 10-current
NSHSS10-current
National Honor Society 11-current (only available to juniors at my school)
Tech Crew 10-current

While I believe that the above would put me in good standing, I have very low SAT scores which I believe will put me at a major disadvantage:
SAT1- 1840 superscore
I have taken the test twice and I was in this range both times.

I'm sorry this post is so long but I was really trying to let you know as much as you can so that you can give me an honest opinion. Thanks in advance! (And btw, my dream in life is to become a pediatrician)

Distinguish yourself in a leadership position perhaps. Definitely your biggest weakness is the SAT. Try the ACT as well, because more programs have started accepting ACT in place of SAT +2 Sub. I would try for a Standardized testing tutor and then retake and retake and retake until you have at least a 1400 combined Math/CR
