So i got into Babson with a full scholarship and also UVa, what is you opinion, babson or uva as pre-comm?

How do you know you have been accepted to Babson? Are the decisions out for ED? My D. applied EA? Does anyone know when the EAers are suppose to find out and how?

for EA u find out on December 31st, theyll have a link to ur decision on your babson account

EA decisions are posted! My S was accepted EA…yah!

Congrats to those who are in EA. I wish I had applied early rather than regular decision. I’ll be on pins and needles until April 1st…argh!

How do you know you’re in Babson on a full ride? I didn’t realize they made scholarship/aid decisions so early. thetiger, you’re very lucky to have been offered the full ride to such a great school. I’m not looking for anything even close; I just want admitted!!

What were your stats to get a full scholarship?? Was it a special award?

How did you get a full scholarship? Or was it financial aid? Either way, if you get any money at all to Babson that is an amazing accomplishment and it should definitely be used!! Babson will probably give you the best business foundation you can get, and even if you decide you don’t want to be in business you can still concentrate in liberal arts. Once you have the foundation you can take it anywhere, and Babson really shows you how to apply it in the read world. If you can’t tell, I’m a huge Babson fan!

UVA is also a huge school, while Babson is much smaller (but it doesn’t feel too small). At Babson you’ll get small classes, personal attention, better dorms, more preferences, you’ll never show up to a party or the dining hall and not know anyone… very different from UVA. Babson also has a large percentage of international students, so you’ll get a “global” education. It has a tight-knit campus feel, with Boston just a short drive away. Hope i helped a little!
