<p>You will likely have a significant number of remedial courses to take going from Construction Management to Civil Engineering. You need to look at the expectations that a Civil Engineering program has for their admitted students and be able to meet those.</p>
<p>Computer science is rarely ABET accredited as the degree is often not in an Engineering College. I don’t know what master program your cousin intends to pursue but if it is Computer Science in an engineering college, where should be no problem.</p>
