Bachelors or Masters abroad?

I wanted to know what is better to be done abroad. I know that doing Masters is much cheaper than doing Bachelors but I want to have a strictly neutral point of view since money is not much of a concern. I know a few people who did their Masters abroad but then they had to study all the stuff which was taught during the graduation course.

It happens because the curricula at different universities/colleges is different. If you graduate at top Indian colleges and then go for Masters at top tier US/UK colleges, I don’t think there will be many (or any) undergrad courses that you won’t come across during your undergrad years.
