Bachelors vs masters and Biomedical

Hello all! So the college that I'm looking at does not offer my engineering major for undergrads. I think I want to be a biomedical engineer.

Would I be able to get my BS in a different type of engineering and an MS in biomedical?

Can someone (preferably who has experience in this job) tell me more of what it's like?

Yes. Biomedical Engineering is a discipline under Electrical Engineering. You can get an BSEE and then go for a MS in Biomedical Engineering.
