I was looking at how far the buildings my classes are in from each other after creating my schedule. On Wednesdays, I have a back to back class from Parlin hall to the Chemical and Petroleum building. Since I only get a 10 minute passing period, will I be able to make it to class on time? I am really worried seeing they are pretty far from each other.
Last fall, I had back to back classes from UTC to CPE. It was on tuesdays/thursdays so I had 15 mins but I generally was able to get in 10 mins with speed walking past everyone on speedway and hoping the stop lights on speedway dean keeton were in my favor
They aren’t THAT far apart. It sucks if you’re hoping to grab something to eat/use the bathroom in between but the walking part shouldn’t be a problem. Besides, while professors generally start right on time, they understand how big the campus is, just sit in the back if you find yourself routinely late.
Edit: For reference, I walked from my dorm (MHD) to the Seay (psych) building in 8-10 minutes, depending on how lucky I got with the light on Dean Keeton, as stated above
