Back to Europe? Chance me...

I am a senior at a pretty competitive public school. I am a European immigrant, though I have grown up here. My parents want me to go back to Europe for college (France, Switzerland, UK) I have been looking at schools like SciencesPo and St. Andrews. I want to go to a school in the US, though. I would really appreciate it if you chanced me for some of my choices in the US and recommended schools in Europe/paths to take. I still want to go to an academically challenging and internationally renown school.
Here are some of my stats:
4.0 unweighted GPA (4.3 weighted)
2270 SAT (800 M, 730 CR, 740 W)
Subject tests: US History 780, Math 2 800, French with Listening 800
AP tests: Spanish language 5, Spanish literature 5, US History 5
Note: I am taking AP BC Calc, English, Environmental Science, and
Econ this year and expect 4/5 on each
qualifications:
I am editor in chief of my school's nationally renown news magazine (a lot of work, but I love journalism). I have played club soccer forever. Those are my main two EC's. Otherwise: VP and co-founder of Smile Charity (helped establish a pen pal program with Bolivia). Volunteer at a Spanish Day care (got president's award). Do a lot of creative writing (put together schools literary mag, won numerous city wide short story contests). Fluent in Spanish and French (first language). Some other things that aren't really worth mentioning. Hobbies: backpacking (a lot), skiing, jewelry making, reading (a lot), writing.
Some schools I am/may be applying to:
Tufts, Stanford, Yale, Middlebury, Pomona, UC's, SciencesPo Paris, St Andrews... I have several safeties.
What are your thoughts? I am mostly looking for recommendations for Europe/America college combinations.
Thanks!
