Back To School?

Hey guys - Need lotsa' help, bear with me as I explain:

Last year (class of 2010), I graduated with my BSCE from Villanova, and immediately got a job as a project engineer for a construction company. I'm starting to think I am not as up for travel as I originally thought, and am not so good at picking up and moving every 6mo-1yr. Also, I really miss the true engineering that I had in many of my courses - all I do now is paperwork/field supervision.

Anyway, I was thinking of getting into more of what I studied - specifically structural engineering. Would I need a graduate degree to get into this field? Almost all of my classmates that were aiming to go into this field went to get their Masters right out of school (Most at Villanova).

If so, I have a bunch more questions about that, but if not - where should I apply?

Anyone?

…please?
