Back up schools?

Hi,
I'm a senior applying to college, and I just realized that i have a lot of good fit/ reach schools on my college list. I feel like I need some back up schools to add just to be safe...
My stats:
3.75 u/w, 4.03 w; 2070 combined SAT; two part time jobs (one as an assisstant manager), MUN, National Honor Society, secretary of a club, swim team, Odyssey of the mind (state champions, top 20 in the world), 13 year Girl scout. Intended major of international relations/polisci...

My list:
I live in California so:
UCSD
UC Berkeley
UC Davis
UCSB
Cal Poly SLO
Out of state/privates:
Cornell (reach)
Vassar
William and mary
Washington and lee
Vanderbilt

Any suggestions? I honestly have no clue where else/ if i should apply to more schools. Any insight is appreciated!
Thanks!

Holy Cross, Tufts.

Is Cal Poly your safety school? If so would be happy to go there?

Erin’s dad-- kinda… I def wouldn’t mind, it’s beautiful. But i also know that they sometimes won’t accept overqualified applicants

So what would you say is your safety school? Are you assured of a UC? And would you consider Merced or Riverside OK? I would look at the stickies in the Financial Aid forum for some schools that offer good merit scholarships. For instance you would qualify for a good one at U Alabama.
