<p>I have recieved numerous packets since recieving my offer of admission. However, I cannot seem to find my police background check form. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem, or if somehow mine got left out, or somehow I'm just an idiot.</p>
<p>it came with the initial admissions packet. if you've already been accepted then you must have already turned it in so dont worry about it</p>
<p>The police record check form comes after acceptance along with the instructions to accepted candidates book. It is possible that it was left out of your package. You could call admissions and ask them to send you copy.</p>
