Bad 1st Quarter

I was going to send my first quarter grades to Dartmouth for my ED app, but I found out that I have a B+ in computer. This is a stupid required course so I have put forth no effort. If I have 3 A+s, an A, and an A- in my 5 academic APs, would the college care at all about the computer grade and should I still send them?

having a B+ in a computer course that is not your academic AP is fine. You have other stellar grades to make up for it.

As long as everything else is seller certainly a few B's don't matter. What would matter is if there's any indication that you put little effort into things you must do that are not your favorite. They do have distribution requirements.

^Word. The only negative to Dartmouth; it is perfect in every other regard.

I didn't think you had to send them your grades.

I'm having a REALLY bad second quarter so far, but my first quarter was great; would Dartmouth rescind an acceptance if I were fortunate enough to get in and then had a terrible mid year report? (I'm applying ED, by the way.)

Don;t send your first quarter report, they will want mid term (semester) grades though.

I don't know, I didn't have to send them any of my senior year grades. Thankfully.
