Bad circumstances, low GPA...Do I still have a chance?

I’m currently a student at a UC. I’m looking to transfer to UNC Chapel Hill. However, I have a terrible GPA due to me having frequent breaks due to my bipolar disorder. What are some things I can do in order to make up for that GPA?

bump?

First things first-- have you found a way to deal with the bipolar disorder?

If you don’t deal with the basic issue, then anything you try to do about your gpa will be a bandaid instead of a real fix.

Best wishes!

Agreed. You should try to get the bipolar under control as best you can.
