Bad freshman year do I still stand a chance?

Currently a junior in high school. I had a really bad freshman year(untreated ADHD) and ended up with terrible grades:
Bio: B-
Geometry: C-
Advanced eng: B
Spanish 2: B
Drawing: B

The grades were the same next semester but geometry was a D-.
Total: 2.8/3.0 GPA
Sophomore year I managed to get a 3.4 GPA both semesters.
CSU/UC GPA: 3.75
And now junior year I got a 3.8(weighted :/)
GPA and a 3.2 unweighted. Currently with straight A’s tho, so hopefully this semester comes out a 4.6.

Standardized tests:
ACT: 33 C
SAT(old one, may take new one): 650CR/620M/710W
SAT II Lit: 730

I’ve just never been really good at school and I’m afraid colleges will think I’m not ready because of my GPA. Just 10-12 GPA is around
3.5 unweighted and a 3.9 weighted, but I know most schools calculate with freshman year. I don’t know what to do because I need good grades and I really messed up freshman year. I just wish there was some way to show them that I know I messed up and I can fix it.
If it helps for holistic admissions, I have a few personal talents(singing + dancing competitively for 10 years) and I do three sports(track, competitive cheer, and cross country. Did volleyball for two years but only frosh/soph).
Schools I want to go to:
UCI
UCR
UCD
UCSB
UCSD
SDSU
CSULB
CSUF
CAL POLY SLO
USD
POINT LOMA
UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON
OCCIDENTAL
CHAPMAN
BIOLA

Largely depends on the college and major. Your ACT score is well above average but GPA is quite below. All those schools might be quite a reach for you

You obviously show loads of potential with your test scores. However, the GPA is too low for these schools. I think you can get into them, but they will be quite a reach.

I heard CSU and UC schools don’t count freshman year, so I think the GPA is 3.75 for that. It’s 3.9 weighted and 3.5 unweighted just 10-12. I’m not sure if that’s okay tho; majoring in kinesiology or health science. @donut1638 @niharm
