Bad GPA Chances for Stern?

<p>I posted this in the CMU section regarding tepper, and i was just worried about my problem. </p>

<p>im looking to do business and i have a 3.37 gpa, have been in all honors classes all of high school, and it looks like its going to stay that way by the end of junior year. but on a slightly "brighter side". i got a:</p>

<p>SAT 1: 2200 (770 math 700 reading). still not amazing i know
SAT2:
Math2: 800
History: 800
Chem: 770</p>

<p>and say i hypothetically impress on my extra curriculars, essays, and what not, will the GPA really eliminate me from competition not only from stern, and tepper, but other schools? (i was looking at the bweekly's top 20 undergard business programs)</p>

<p>Your situation is not horrible, if you ED to any of those schools you have a decent shot.</p>
