I'm a Korean student who currently resides in Korea. I'm a junior. Finals have just ended.
When I looked at my grades this morning, I was really shocked to see a 3.5 GPA. I had a 3.78 in my sophomore year and a 3.8 in my freshman year.
If I do better in my second semester and let's say get a 3.9, will I still be able to qualify as a good candidate for elite schools in the US? My dream school's Columbia.
Please answerr :( I'm losing hope right now..

<p>my test scores are okay (SAT well above 2200) and my extracirriculars are almost excellent.
i have a 3.5 as my semester 1 gpa. </p>
<p>that gives you an approximately 3.732 cumulative GPA- you’re still fine.</p>
