Hey, I'm a senior, going to a pretty average high school in a somewhat rural area. I'm having a hard time objectively considering my chances to colleges, as are my parents and friends (obviously, they're biased towards me getting in).

So. Help?

SAT I: 2320 (first and only time taking it)--800 CR, 760 math and writing

SATII: 780 US History. Will take Literature.

Classes: Mostly honors classes, 10 AP classes by end of the year, most rigorous

GPA: 3.81 UW, 4.0 W. ---I got a B/C+ in AP Chem and a B+/B in AP Lang and Comp junior year (this one due to pure laziness and procrastination), as well as two A minuses. So, severe downward trend in grades.

If it helps, I got a 5 on the AP test for Lang and Comp, and my English teacher (who is teaching me this year as well) is going to write a great LOC for me, saying that I'm an awesome writer.

ECs: Basically nothing, except for drawing and writing a lot. Did WYSE for one year.

I'm looking at UChicago, Amherst (got into their DIVOH program thing), William and Mary, Emory, Tufts, Brown, Rice, and WashU.

Should I even try for UChicago (my dream school) at all? Thanks.
