BAD GRADES, Close to Dropping Out, NEED ADVICE!

I"ve been struggling a lot lately. I"ll keep it simple. I've been getting a lot of bad grades in college. I've completed over 100 credits, however i'm not close to obtaining any degrees and i have changed my major a couple of times. I'm now at the point of dropping out because I cant afford to be in school any longer and was put on academic probation. I am looking to transfer however my GPA is below a 2.5 and i'm pretty sure I would get rejected if i applied to transfer to a CUNY system. I'm currently in the SUNY system upstate.

I'm not really sure what to do. I've spent a lot of money and taken out loans to be in college, but my failure to do so is causing depression and telling my parents about it would only cause more stress.

Can anyone give me some ideas/help on how i can transfer or improve my standing for better consideration? At this point i'll take any piece of paper.
