Bad grades, will I still get accepted to any of my top choice schools?! U of A, NMSU, CU Boulder, etc

My junior and senior year grades have been pretty bad (Bs and Cs with a few Ds) due to some health problems I didn’t really specify (although I believe my college placement counselor is talking about it in her recommendation). My gpa on a 100 scale is a 92.72 weighted and about 86 unweighted. I got a 1930 on the SATs, and both horseback ride and have a job on a farm taking care of over 200 animals. I also discussed a medical research program I did for 12 weeks in sophomore year. My top schools are as follows
University of Arizona for animal science
New Mexico State University for animal science
University of Colorado Boulder for ecology/evolutionary biology
Colorado State University for equine science
University of Vermont for animal science
and is it even worth applying to the animal science program at UC Davis? It would be as an exception due to my health issues causing my gpa to not meet their out of state requirement. All of these schools are out of state for me, as I’m from New England

Sorry but you basically have no shot

Uh ok that’s not true. CSU and CU Boulder are awesome schools (I’m a CO native) and honestly, you stand a good chance. Just make sure that it’s clear that they know what happened. CSU and CU are both great about accepting students who need a do over. Go Rams/Buffs!

I honestly think youll get into all of them but yeah no shot at Davis. Other than that though, seems like all reasonable schools.
